Event Package Options
Due to Texas alcohol laws all clients are responsible for purchasing all alcohol. With the purchase of an event package clients will receive a detailed shopping list for all alcohol necessary for the event.
The Bayou Basic
This package starts at $400 for three hours of basic pour service for up to 50 guest.
- Essential mixers (sodas, tonic, juice, etc.)
- Standard garnishes, (lemons, limes, cherries)
- Disposable cups, napkins, straws
- Full bar set up and breakdown
The Bourbon Street Special
This package starts at $650 for four hours of basic pour service for up to 100 guest. There will be an additional $4 per person charge for mixers and garnishes. This package includes everything from the Bayou basic plus:
- Premium mixers (fresh juices, simple syrup, bitters)
- Expanded garnishes, ( oranges, mint, olives)
- Custom drink menu with TWO signature cocktails
The “Big Easy”Package
This package starts at $900 for four hours of basic pour service for up to 150 guest. There will be an additional charge of $5 per person for mixers and garnishes. This package includes everything from the bourbon Street special plus:
- Specialty syrups
- Fresh herbs, and premium garnish
- One additional bartender for faster service
- upgraded cups
